By accessing, registering with or using the Platform, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
Where legally required, CREDI4ME shall request express acceptance of these Terms by means of a checkbox or an equivalent mechanism.
Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute entry into any loan, credit agreement or other financial product.
2.3. Additional Terms
Certain functionalities may be subject to specific terms. In the event of any conflict, those specific terms shall prevail solely in relation to the functionality to which they apply.
3. Access Requirements
3.1. Age Requirement
The Platform is intended exclusively for natural persons aged eighteen or over.
Minors may not register with or use the credit product search or comparison functionalities.
3.2. Legal Capacity
The user declares that they have sufficient legal capacity to accept these Terms and use the Platform.
3.3. Territorial Availability
The availability of certain lenders, products or promotions may depend on the user’s country of residence and on the criteria established by each third party.
4. Nature of the Platform
4.1. Information and Advertising Service
CREDI4ME provides a digital service offering general information, search and comparison functionalities, and access to external websites operated by entities that may offer credit products.
The information displayed is general, indicative, commercial and non-personalised.
CREDI4ME does not provide financial services on its own account.
4.2. Free Access
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific functionality, access to and use of the Platform are free of charge for the user.
CREDI4ME does not charge the user for applying for, processing, obtaining or entering into a loan.
4.3. Non-Exhaustive Selection
The Platform displays a selection of lenders, products or promotions and does not necessarily include every alternative available on the market.
The absence of a lender or product does not imply a negative assessment of that lender or product.
4.4. General Information
Product pages may include, among other information:
- the name of the lender;
- general product categories;
- indicative amount ranges;
- indicative duration ranges;
- interest rates, maximum APRs or ranges, where supplied;
- general eligibility requirements communicated by the lender;
- promotions;
- representative examples; and
- links to external websites.
This information provides a general description of products that a lender may market. It does not constitute an individual offer and does not confirm that the user will be eligible for any product on specified terms.
5. No Credit Intermediation or Advice

CREDI4ME:
- a) does not grant loans or credit;

- o) does not provide personalised financial advice.
5.2. Mere Introduction
CREDI4ME’s involvement is limited to providing the user with general information and, where applicable, a link through which the user may voluntarily access a third party’s website.
Selecting a link does not start a credit application with CREDI4ME.
The user leaves the Platform and accesses an external environment managed exclusively by the relevant third party.
5.3. Independent Start of Any Application
Any possible loan application:
- must be started from the beginning on the lender’s website;
- is made directly between the user and the lender;
- is subject to the lender’s forms, terms and policies;
- requires the user to provide the requested information directly to the lender; and
- is subject to a creditworthiness assessment and the lender’s exclusive decision.
CREDI4ME does not participate in this process and may not know its outcome.
5.4. No Personalised Recommendation
The information, ranking or presentation of results does not constitute a personalised recommendation as to whether the user should enter into a particular product.
CREDI4ME does not take the user’s individual financial circumstances into account in order to state that a loan is suitable, appropriate or advisable for that user.
The decision to visit a lender, start an application or enter into an agreement is made exclusively by the user.
5.5. Statements Regarding the Absence of Intermediation
References on the Platform to its informational nature or to the absence of intermediation describe its actual operation and are not intended to exclude any mandatory legal obligations that may apply.
6. Search and Comparison Tool
6.1. Operation
The search or comparison tool allows users to consult a selection of lenders and products using general criteria.
Where filters are available, they may relate to objective characteristics such as:
- amount ranges;
- duration ranges;
- general product type;
- territorial availability;
- general product characteristics;
- a promotion communicated by the lender; or
- the date on which the information was updated.
The filters do not constitute a creditworthiness assessment or a recommendation based on the user’s individual financial profile.
6.2. Ranking Criteria
Results may be ordered according to one or more criteria, including:
- general relevance;
- correspondence with the filters used;
- product characteristics;
- popularity;
- recency of the information;
- the existence of a promotion; or
- an advertising relationship.
Where a commercial relationship may materially influence the presentation or position of a result, it shall be clearly identified by terms such as “Advertisement”, “Advertising link”, “Sponsored” or equivalent wording.
6.3. No Whole-of-Market Comparison
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Platform does not compare all products or lenders available on the market.
Results should be understood as a selection and not as an exhaustive market analysis.
6.4. Information Obtained from Third Parties
Some of the information displayed is obtained from lenders, advertising networks, business partners or public sources.
CREDI4ME takes reasonable measures to keep this information up to date but cannot guarantee that a third party will not change its terms after a product page has been updated.
The user must always verify the final information on the lender’s website before starting an application.
7. General Offers and Representative Examples
7.1. General Nature
The amounts, durations, rates, APRs, discounts and other terms displayed correspond to general information or ranges communicated by third parties.
They do not constitute:
- an approval;
- a pre-approval;
- a pre-qualification;
- a promise of financing;
- a personalised offer; or
- a binding contractual offer addressed to the user.
7.2. Final Terms
Any terms that may ultimately be offered to the user will depend, among other matters, on:
- the information provided directly to the lender;
- the creditworthiness assessment;
- the lender’s internal risk policies;
- applicable law;
- product availability; and
- the lender’s decision.
The final terms may differ from the ranges or examples published on CREDI4ME.
7.3. Representative Examples
Where required by advertising law or useful to improve understanding, CREDI4ME may reproduce a representative example supplied or published by the relevant lender.
A representative example:
- is provided for information and advertising purposes;
- has not been calculated specifically for the user;
- does not confirm that the user satisfies the eligibility requirements;
- does not constitute a binding offer; and
- must be verified on the lender’s website.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, CREDI4ME does not alter the financial variables contained in the example supplied by the third party.
8. Promotions and Discounts
8.1. Third-Party Promotions
The Platform may provide information about general promotions offered by third parties, including discounts, fee reductions or other benefits.
Such promotions may be linked to access through a particular link.
8.2. Conditional Nature
Promotions are prospective and subject to:
- availability;
- their period of validity;
- requirements established by the third party;
- approval of the transaction;
- entry into the relevant agreement;
- compliance with the promotional conditions; and
- any other condition communicated by the lender.
Viewing or using a link does not guarantee that the promotion will be applied.
8.3. Responsibility of the Third Party
Verification of eligibility, approval of the loan and application of any discount are the sole responsibility of the entity offering the promotion.
CREDI4ME does not grant the discount and does not guarantee that it will be applied.
8.4. Recommended Disclosure
Where appropriate, promotions should be accompanied by wording equivalent to:
“Promotion subject to the lender’s terms and approval. Use of the link does not guarantee that the loan will be granted or that the discount will be applied.”
9. External Links and Leaving the Platform
9.1. Third-Party Links
The Platform contains links to websites operated by third parties.
When the user selects one of these links, the user leaves CREDI4ME and accesses a website governed by its own terms of use, privacy policy and cookie policy.
9.2. No Control Over External Procedures
CREDI4ME does not control:
- the lender’s forms;
- the information requested by the lender;
- the lender’s assessment systems;
- its approval criteria;
- any offer it may make;
- the execution of any agreement; or
- the subsequent management of the credit relationship.
9.3. Checks by the User
Before providing data or starting an application, the user should review:
- the identity of the lender;
- its terms and conditions;
- the pre-contractual information;
- the APR;
- the total cost;
- the consequences of non-payment;
- the privacy and cookie policies; and
- any other applicable legal information.
9.4. Unlawful or Inappropriate Links
Where CREDI4ME obtains actual knowledge that a link leads to unlawful or harmful content, it shall take reasonable measures to review and, where appropriate, remove or disable that link.
10. Advertising Remuneration
10.1. Commercial Relationships
Certain links, results or spaces on the Platform are advertising in nature.
CREDI4ME may maintain commercial relationships with:
- lenders;
- advertisers;
- advertising networks;
- affiliate networks;
- agencies; or
- measurement and attribution providers.
10.2. Form of Remuneration
CREDI4ME may receive remuneration for digital advertising, promotion, traffic generation, access through links, measurement or event attribution services.
Such remuneration may be linked to technical or commercial events defined in the relationship between CREDI4ME and the relevant third party.
10.3. No Transmission of Applications
Receipt of remuneration does not mean that CREDI4ME:
- transmits a loan application;
- identifies the user to the lender;
- delivers a credit file;
- assesses creditworthiness;
- represents either party; or
- participates in the agreement.
10.4. Advertising Transparency
Sponsored content and advertising links shall be clearly identified where their commercial nature is not already apparent from the context.
11. Technical Identifiers and Click Attribution
11.1. Redirection Event
When the user selects an external link, a technical identifier may be generated or transmitted for the purpose of:
- identifying the link or campaign;
- recording that a redirection took place;
- counting traffic;
- preventing advertising fraud;
- measuring performance; or

11.2. Information That May Accompany the Event
Depending on the technical configuration and the user’s cookie preferences, the event may include information such as:
- campaign identifier;
- link identifier;
- date and time;
- referring page;
- device or browser information;
- IP address or associated technical information; and
- other parameters strictly necessary for measurement, security or attribution.
The specific information used shall be described in the Cookie Policy and, where applicable, in the Privacy Policy.
11.3. Data Not Intentionally Included
CREDI4ME does not intentionally include in the link or click ID:

- expenditure;
- debts;
- employment status;
- the amount the user intends to request;
- the desired term; or
- information concerning the user’s creditworthiness.
11.4. No Access to the Internal Account
External links do not allow the lender to access the user’s CREDI4ME account or consult data provided during registration.
CREDI4ME does not maintain an API, token or consultation mechanism through which a lender can retrieve the user’s internal profile using the click ID.
11.5. No Return Information
Unless expressly stated otherwise, CREDI4ME does not receive information enabling it to determine:
- whether the user started an application;
- what data the user provided;
- whether the application was approved or rejected;
- the amount or term requested;
- the conditions offered; or
- whether an agreement was entered into.
11.6. Data Protection and Cookies
A technical identifier or cookie may be subject to data protection and information society services legislation even where it does not directly include the user’s name.
Non-essential cookies and technologies shall be used in accordance with the preferences expressed by the user through the consent-management mechanism.

13.1. Advertising Messages
CREDI4ME may send marketing communications by email, SMS or other electronic means where it has a valid legal basis and the requirements of applicable law are met.
13.2. Identification
Marketing communications shall clearly identify their advertising nature and the sender.
Where they contain advertising links to lenders, the user will access an external website on which any possible application must be started from the beginning.
13.3. Opt-Out
The user may object to or withdraw consent to marketing communications by using:
- the unsubscribe link included in each communication;
- the user area, where available; or
- a request sent to INFO@CREDI4ME.COM.

13.4. Content of Messages
Communications shall not state that:
- CREDI4ME has approved a loan;
- the user is pre-approved;
- financing is guaranteed;
- CREDI4ME will obtain the loan; or
- the link starts an application with CREDI4ME.
Communications may provide general information about lenders, products, promotions or available content.

The following are prohibited:
- providing false information or impersonating another person;

CREDI4ME may suspend or terminate an account where there are reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms or a security risk.
15. Accuracy and Updating of Information
15.1. Reasonable Diligence
CREDI4ME shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that published information is understandable and sufficiently up to date.
15.2. Possible Changes
Lenders may change their products, criteria, prices, promotions or conditions without immediately notifying CREDI4ME.
There may therefore be a temporary difference between the information shown on the Platform and the information available on the third party’s website.
15.3. Precedence of Lender Information
Official and final information provided directly by the lender during its process shall prevail over any general summary displayed by CREDI4ME.

The general information available on the Platform does not replace professional advice that the user may require.
16.3. Third-Party Actions
CREDI4ME is not responsible for approval or rejection decisions, the terms offered or the performance of agreements entered into exclusively between the user and a third party.
This exclusion shall not apply where the loss arises from a breach by CREDI4ME for which it is legally responsible.

CREDI4ME does not guarantee that the service will be permanently or uninterruptedly available.
Access may be temporarily suspended due to:
